I’m Ava Lively, and if you had told me a few years ago that I would be the founder of Pilates Girl, I would have laughed. Not because I didn’t believe in transformation, but because I had lost all belief in myself.

One evening, sitting with my closest friends, we shared a moment of brutal honesty. We were all tired. Tired of feeling uncomfortable in our own skin.
