4) Orders & Order Confirmation

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. Pilates Girl does not store full payment card details. If a payment is declined or reversed, the order may be paused, canceled, or refunded depending on the situation.

6) Shipping, Processing & Delivery Timeframes

Orders are typically prepared for shipment within 24 to 48 business hours, subject to product availability, verification steps, peak periods, and operational constraints.

B) Delivery

Standard delivery estimates are generally 4 to 11 days, depending on the product and destination. Some products may ship from our international warehouses, while others ship directly from the United States when specified on the product page.

7) Returns, Refunds & Chargebacks

Our return and refund rules are detailed in our Return & Refund Policy. By placing an order, you agree to that policy.

Important points:

  • Return requests must be submitted by email.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless otherwise stated in the Return & Refund Policy.
  • Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes filed without first contacting our support team may delay resolution and may be challenged with supporting evidence (order details, tracking history, communications).
