This Shipping Policy explains how Pilates Girl orders are processed, shipped, and delivered. Our goal is simple: a clear, premium, and reliable experience, plus proactive support whenever something feels off.

1) Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 24–48 business hours after payment is confirmed.

Once shipped, packages are handled by trusted international carriers such as USPS, DHL, FedEx, or local delivery partners depending on the destination.

After dispatch, you will receive a tracking number, and your order will be delivered within the estimated timeframe provided below.

2) Estimated Delivery Times

Standard Delivery (most products)

  • Standard delivery is typically 4–11 business days (including processing and shipping).
  • Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, carrier performance, customs flow, and seasonal demand
  • Once your order has been dispatched, tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear correctly.

3) International Shipping & Package Origin

Most orders are shipped from our international fulfillment facilities.

Some products may be shipped directly from the United States (US). When applicable, this is clearly indicated on the relevant product page.

4) Exceptional Delays (Rare Cases)

While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframes, delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control (carriers, customs, weather, peak seasons, additional logistics checks, rerouting, etc.).

  • In rare cases involving external factors such as carrier disruptions, customs processing, or peak demand, delivery times may occasionally be extended by an additional 5 to 15 business days.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these delivery timeframes.

5) Tracking & Delivery Responsibility

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, or if an item is missing from your order, please follow the steps below:

  1. Verify your shipping address and check with household members, neighbors, or your local carrier.

  2. Contact us at contact@pilates-girl.com within 48 hours of the delivery status update.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Any relevant photos (if applicable)

Once your request is received, our team will review the case within 24–48 hours and work with the carrier if necessary.

Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or another appropriate resolution.

We take delivery issues seriously and will ensure a fair resolution in every case.

6) Split Shipments

To ensure faster delivery, orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages, potentially arriving on different dates. If your order arrives partially, the remaining items are usually still in transit.

7) Shipping Fees & Taxes

We offer free standard shipping on all orders.

Shipping is available to multiple regions including the United States, United Kingdom, Europe, and Worldwide.
All applicable shipping costs are fully covered by us, no additional shipping fees are charged at checkout.
