WHO AM I? AND WHY PILATES GIRL EXISTS…
I’m Ava L., and if you had told me a few years ago that I would one day build Pilates Girl, I probably would have laughed. Not because I didn’t believe in transformation, but because I had lost all belief in myself.
For as long as I can remember, I struggled with my body. There were moments I felt strong, and others where I barely recognized the woman staring back at me in the mirror. Life’s challenges, weight fluctuations, emotional battles, and the constant pressure to look “perfect” had taken a toll on me. I didn’t feel like myself anymore. And the worst part? I didn’t know how to fix it.
One evening, sitting with my closest friends, we shared a moment of brutal honesty. We were all tired. Tired of feeling uncomfortable in our own skin. Tired of endless gym memberships that felt more like punishment than empowerment. Tired of looking at social media and wondering if we’d ever feel that confident, that radiant, that free.
And that night, something clicked. We didn’t just want to work out. We wanted to transform. Not just physically, but mentally. We wanted a method that fit into our lives, made us feel unstoppable, and actually worked.
